The Better Maine Conference: Strengthening Maine’s Talent Pipeline is Dirigo Labs’ fourth annual conference on November 6th, in partnership with Main Street Skowhegan and Live + Work in Maine. This half-day event brings together employers, educators, and community leaders to explore practical solutions for strengthening Maine’s workforce. Through engaging speakers, interactive panels, and networking opportunities, we’ll highlight strategies for talent attraction, upskilling, and workplace innovation—helping to build a stronger, future-ready Maine.
The conference includes multiple speakers, panelists, and breakout sessions throughout the day, all of which are hosted in downtown Waterville.
