Sketch ME the Future: From Napkins to Neighborhoods

Got an idea that could make life better in your community? The Back of the Napkin Challenge is your chance to dream big and think local. Students from Thomas College, KVCC, and Colby College are invited to sketch out creative business concepts that could make a positive impact right here in the Mid-Maine community. Whether it’s a storefront, a service, a tech solution, a product, or something totally new, this challenge is about turning simple napkin doodles into bold ideas that strengthen our community and support the people who live in it.

How do you win?

Draw your idea out on a napkin.

The drawing should be no larger than a cocktail napkin, which is about 5″ x 5″.

Film a 60 second video explanation.

Why is your idea original? Why does Mid-Maine need your idea? How did you come up with it?
